What's a girl to do?
Okay, okay, so it's really November 8 & I didn't technically blog on November 7. But what are you to do when you don't have Internet access? So I'm going to do two blog posts today...that counts, right? I'M NOT CHEATING!
Why didn't I have internet access? I was at the family cabin. Working. Again.
This time, the work entailed washing up all the dishes (that we had previously washed and packed away last fall) (do dishes get dirty when packed securely in boxes?) (answer: YES, according to my psycho-clean-freak mom) and organizing the kitchen, followed by listening to my brother swear as he couldn't figure out why the gas fireplace wouldn't stay lit.
The highlights of the weekend included seeing three large deer haul ass across the field on the other side of the road from us and watching a huge Bald Eagle soar right over our back yard. Minnesota is truly beautiful in the fall.

So I'm back home now, trying to make amends for NaBloPoMo. I thought I might fail miserably at this, but I didn't think it would happen this early.
