Resolving not to Resolve

I suck. It was the holidays and things were crazy and I was pissed and you know how it goes. So I haven't been posting.

I don't make new year's resolutions because what's the point. But I do resolve to write more on this blog. Hopefully interesting shit that you might actually want to read.

Remember when McCain referred to Obama as "that one" in one of the debates? Well, 2008 is going down in my books as "that year." It wasn't good. I mean, it could have been worse of course. But as far as years go, it sucked major donkey ass. I could list all the reasons, but that wouldn't be prudent at this juncture. So let's just move on. 2009 is here and hopefully it won't sting as bad. There's nothing like the fresh new beginning of the year. So much promise. So much potential disappointment that lies ahead. Ahhhhh. Good times.

SO, with that, I will scurry off to find fantastic things to blog about. Hopefully positive things, but I'm not making any promises (or resolutions). I hope y'all had a fantabulous holiday season, that Santa didn't take a giant shit in your stocking, and that your new year brings only the best.
